Producer and Operations Manager

Who I Am and How I Work
I’m a production and operations manager based in South Florida, working across studio, location, live, and virtual production environments. My background spans TV, commercial, branded content, sports broadcasting, and large-scale events — and my focus is always the same: making sure the operational side of a production is as strong as the creative side.
I sit at the intersection of budgets, technology, and team coordination. Early in a project, that means shaping plans, clarifying scope, and identifying pressure points before they become problems. During production, it means keeping information flowing, departments aligned, and decision-makers equipped to move confidently.
I think in systems. Every production is a set of interdependent decisions — scope affects technology, technical choices affect schedules and cost, communication determines whether a plan survives contact with reality. I help leadership see those connections early, so trade-offs are intentional and problems are manageable.
I grew up in New England, and that sense of preparation, consistency, and showing up the right way still shapes how I work. I think long-term. I pay attention. I believe meaningful work is built on trust, not ego. I work fluidly in English and am conversational in Spanish — a practical advantage in South Florida’s production environment and on bilingual sets and crews.

The Highlights
National Daily Sports Broadcast
Studio Production & Operations Build · Technical Manager
Designed, built, and operated a nationally distributed sports-entertainment studio producing two multi-camera episodes per day. Built the entire technical pipeline from scratch — live broadcast delivery in under 10 minutes, video turnaround within an hour — and created a semi-permanent configuration that scaled from daily programming to mobile national event deployments.

Young Miko x McDonald’s — WcDonald’s Campaign
International Brand Commercial · Assistant Producer
Supported execution of a global ICVFX campaign shot entirely on an LED volume, merging live performance with a hand-drawn Unreal Engine world. Served as the communication bridge between creative, technical, and agency stakeholders, coordinating across the Director, Physical Art Department, Virtual Art Department, and multiple agency partners. The virtual world later extended into an award-winning immersive dining experience in Los Angeles.
