I make things to help, to teach, and to entertain. That's been true on a $10K branded shoot and a $999K broadcast production and supporting $30+ million feature projects — the scale changes, the intention doesn't.
I've spent my career at the intersection of creative and operational. I produce the shows and run the infrastructure that makes them possible. I build the systems, operate the technology, and stay until it's done. Most productions separate those jobs. I don't.
Production Management
Three seasons of television. Supporting two feature films. 40 commercials. Budgets from $10K to $999K plus. I've been the producer in the room and I've coordinated alongside full crews. Either way, the work gets done.
Technical Management
Audio. Video. Virtual. Media. Post. VFX. Communications. Systems. I manage the full technical stack — from infrastructure design and workflow development through execution on the day.
Business Management
Great productions are built before the camera rolls. I build the SOPs, workflows, and vendor relationships that make the creative possible. I factor in production incentives early — because good strategy finds the money before it's spent.
