Coordinate production operations across commercial, brand, television, live, studio, and virtual productions for a wide range of clients. Serve as a central point of communication between producers, directors, department heads, and studio teams, ensuring schedules, resources, and technical requirements remain aligned. Oversee day-to-day operations across 40,000 square feet of production and support facilities, including LED OSVP volume stages. Support both studio and on-location productions through detailed planning, technical verification, and operational execution under tight timelines. Contribute to call sheets, production reports, vendor coordination, budget tracking, PO processing, and account support while assisting with client relationships and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage six stages across two studio facilities, ensuring readiness for single-camera, multi-camera, and mixed-format productions including TV, commercial, music video, and stills.

• Oversee equipment rentals and technical workflows across camera, lighting, audio, and routing systems, supporting system design, refinement, and reliability.

• Coordinate vendors, budgeting workflows, purchase orders, and production documentation to support up to 12 concurrent productions while maintaining smooth logistical execution.

• Ensure film incentive compliance across applicable productions, managing documentation and reporting.
